New Data: Non-Cytotoxic Antimicrobial Coating

As we kick off 2024 we’re excited to share our progress on our highly effective, non-leaching, antimicrobial polyurethane. We’ve been building our data pack, completing our acute toxicology testing with no irritation, sensitization or toxicity observed across all studies.

Now fresh off the press, at the end of last year our ISO 10993-5 study demonstrated the coating to be non-cytotoxic.

Our non-toxic, non-cytotoxic antimicrobial polyurethane can be utilized as an additive or standalone coating for medical device applications.

We’ve got a growing range of devices and materials we’ve been working with customers on and are on the lookout for partners and device manufacturers interested in developing new non-toxic antimicrobial applications.

If you’re at #MDMWest, Anaheim Convention Center Feb 5th -8th, Eldon Tate and Emma Wrigglesworth would love to connect to see if we can help out with any antimicrobial needs. Please contact us to arrange a meeting.
